Telkom-Cresta Mall

I'm struggling to get my telkom line reconnected since January this this.cancelled line at cresta in October last year which they didn't process.i hve even been handed over to lawyer.now account has been sorted out.i was promised that I would be called with a ref number on Wednesday to reconnect my line...since then nothing.horrific customer service
