The service I got from Telkom was pathetic to say the least. There total lack of customer centricity is appalling. I have emailed the cancellations departments, went to the branch at cresta and still I have having deductions go off. When you try and call the message is" we are experiencing high call volumes". How on earth can you be experiencing high volumes 7 days a weeks, 24 hours a day. No wonder your client base is suffering. Pay attention to your client!!!!!
