Telkom-The Pavilion

Long queues because not enough consultants to assist. I have an integrated sim card & needed assistance setting up, according to the IT guy at the store the sim card is damaged & I had to join queue to have a sim swop done. I waited over an hour & eventually left the store not getting it done. I was advised by telkom 10210 I had no option but to go to either pavilion or gateway branch as these are the only 2 stores that have an IT specialist to assist. Very disappointing service
