Telkom-Mall of the South

Have been reporting a problem regarding my line for almost a year now, these past two days its been worse. I report it not working, the following morning it works till around midday and then stops working. We really can not afford this as this is a business line, when the technicians call the lines works, later on during the day the line stops. we ask them to please find what the problem is even when the phone is working as it continuously does what it it, the telkom team fail to do so. what should we do now?
