My daughter had a cell just for 5 days and the charger was faulty...they took over two weeks to replace cell which eventually never happened! The same cell was returned after two weeks without a charger and she was asked to pay for another replacement charger! She was not even given a credit for the two weeks she did not use the contract or the sim! If they do not replace a charger that was initially faulty on the new cell & refund the two weeks amount, I will have no option but to report this to the consumer council and even put it on Carte Blance.
