One Sunday 14th August at 10:41am, I called in to enquire about the availability of a theatrical play that's currently on,but when I spoke the gentleman on the other line, he told me he was with a customer,when I asked if I wasn't a customer he rudely stated that he can only help one person at a time. What really makes me upset is why he picked up the phone if someone else who just stepped in was going to be prioritised more than me. I'm NOT pleased!!!
