TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. I AM MRS B.L. BURGESS, 6 MAY 2015 I TOOK A CONTRACT OUT FROM TELKOM MOBILE PAVILLION MY NIGHTMARE STARTED, I RECEIVED MY BILL IT HAD ON A SMARTPLAN 100 PLUS SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4 WHITE, 1X SMARTPLAN 100 SAMSUNG GALAXY S6 G920F 32GB WHITE, I SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED THIS CONTRACT THEN, KNOWING NOW WHAT YOUR SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT. MY BILL R1385-71, AFTER MANY PROBLEMS THAT GOT SHORTED. ON 3 JULY 2015 MY BACK BUTTON ON THIS PHONE WAS NOT WORKING HAD TO SEND IT IN, EVENTUALLY GOT MY PHONE IN AUGUST 2015 (WHY AGAIN I DID NOT CANCELLED THIS CONTRACT. AFTER 5 MONTHS AGAIN ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG S6, VERNON SEND THE PHONE TO YOUR REPAIR CENTER, HE THEN TOLD ME THAT THE PHONE GOT MOIST IN, I THEN ASSURED HIM I DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE NEAR WATER, HE THEN TOLD ME THAT IT CAN BE THE MOIST IN OUR AIR, I AM SORRY I CAN NOT HOLD RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. IN MY OPINION TELKOM MOBILE CAN KEEP THERE SAMSUNG S6 AND I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, BECAUSE FROM DAY ONE I GOT HASSLES FROM YOUR COMPANY. I TOLD VERNON WILL GIVE HIM CHANGE TILL MONDAY 8 FEBRUARY 2016, TO SEE WHAT HE COMES UP WITH.
