Would have given them 0 if possible. Worst ever experience trying to take out a data contract. First they gave me the wrong contract, which had to be cancelled and redone. When I got home the sim was not registered on network. Went back again and was told they don't know what happened and will call me. Went back AGAIN the following day and was assured this time it worked. Used my day time data and realised I did not have any night time sufer data. Phoned 180 and was told the wrong contract was loaded!! And guess what is their solution..... go back to the store ??
