I have upgraded in June 2016 over the telephone. The consultant made an error with my package and now I have the incorrect data and Airtime combination. I have been trying ever since over the phone to sort it out. I have now been told to visit an MTN Store to assist me. It is impossible to be helped at an MTN store during my lunch hour as there is normally only 1 person attending to about 20 customers most of the time.
