The pay booth is regularly out of order or unable to provide a receipt and when a receipt is requested I am told to collect it myself from the office. How do we know the money handed to the person at the non-working booth hands the money to Interpark. This has happened on several occasions the latest being 18 March 2017. I finally received a receipt no 2880. handwritten for car park 95 ticket number 1638303. I find this situation unacceptable and leads me to wonder if Interpark is losing revenue in this manner as not everyone asks for a receipt when paying cash to the attendant.
