Telkom-Cresta Mall

My line has been down for a week and a half The call centre and the Cresta Telkom centre(been there five times and e-mailed managment of shop), have given me 20 different stories. BUT MY UNDERSTANDING IS: on one system the line is under my name and on another system it is under a business name. The recycled number needs to be put on my name in the BACK office.Then only can we log a fault on the line HELP
