Poor service ever! The manager is hardly available for escalations. The phone just rings with no answer. My phone has been booked for repair for over a month with no feedback and I was told it would be back in 7-14 days. my iphone is still under warranty and I am paying insurance nogal!!!! 1 Unhappy customer = ? do the maths. If you don't improve you will lose many customers Telkom.
