On Friday the 7th August 2015 my colleagues and I went out to lunch at Nino's Pavilion after buying Groupon vouchers for a Woman's Day Celebration. To my disappointment, there was a worm in my salad. I totally lost my appetite. The manageress apologised saying they buy washed lettuce. I'm not sure what Nino's policy is regarding such mishaps, but I was really disappointed that none was in place, not even a complimentary meal or drink which may have compensated for their mishap in a way.
