I tried to upgrade my contract. Went the Friday afternoon and was told to come back on Saturday. Was there early Saturday for upgrade and the consultant took down my details claiming to do the ordering of the new handset and upgrading the contract. I phoned the Tuesday to find out what is happening with the contract and was not happy to hear that the consultant is on leave since the Monday. The lady at the switchboard took down my contact details so that another consultant would phone me. She said someone will phone me in about 10minutes time. I have been waiting for more than two hours and still no one contacting me. This is terrible service from Vodacom Menlyn.
