Telkom-The Pavilion

I signed up the smarthome in December 2014 and 20 gig data were to be allocated to me , since then i am only getting 10 gig and called many time to the customer services and 10210 technical and they all cannot assist me or solve the problem. further i wait for ever on the phone to them. Telkom customer service is a poor show. i paying R 569.00 per month and not getting want offered to me on the contact. Do u think this is fair!! no. is 031 5786091
