melm had a bad experience on 25 May 2011

Took 20 min to get my drinks. My chicken breasts were so spicy/salty I had to scrape the spices off it too be able to eat it. I suspect they also used cheap spices to make it. I was really hungry, I didn't have time to complain and get another plate. I alerted the waitron to pass on the message to the chef. Nothing from them until I left.

melm, theoengels here. Suggest you don't hold your breath for any quick answers from this company, speed isn't something they are known for. I lodged a complaint about poor service at the Eden on the Bay outlet on the 10th of January this year, by the 27th of January I had a second communication back from the Franchise Manager and I quote "Unfortunately I have not received ANY feedback from the owner in Cape Town and I have yet to escalate the complaint. My hands are a bit tied but due to the fact that I received a few complaints over this period I'm not letting the issue lie and will notify you when I have more info.Sorry for any delay and once again thank you for interest in our brand.RegardsJohn". And since then nothing! So the short answers is, VASBYT, you will grow old waiting for an answer!
