Hand in a phone that was liquid damage,they send it to Samsung in Dions wire. They quoted R900 to fix the phone. Vidacom requested the phone back, then the phones serial number was missing, then they tell me the damage was R4300 and couldn't repair it Bad experience! Not Ayoba

I BOUGHT A CUPBOARD WHICH WAS DELIVERED WITH CRACKS . I SENT PHOTOS TO TAMSIN WAS TOLD SUZETTE THE REGIONAL MANAGER IN CAPE TOWN IS TOO IMPORTANT FOR ME TO HAVE HER CELL NUMBER. I AM FRANKLY DISGUSTED WITH HOW A CUSTOMER WHO SPENT OVER 5000 IS TREATED. I HAVE YOUR CRACKED CUPBOARD LYING ON ITS SIDE AS IT WAS DELIVERED ON MY VERANDAH.PLEASE SEND SOMEONE TO COLLECT IT. I am not sure who the hairdresser was who cut my hair, but I showed him photos on my cellphone and he said no problem. At the end of the cut I did not say anything but wanted to cry. The cut was much shorter than I could imagine. My husband does not like it and now I need a wig as I am due to go overseas on 13th June 2017. Do have any suggestions? Bad experience! Not Ayoba
